Terms and Conditions for Cancellation Request

By submitting this cancellation request form, you are notifying Connection Inc. of your intent to terminate services for the Loan Officer A.I. CRM. Please note the following:

Manual Processing: Cancellation requests are processed manually by our team. We aim to handle your request promptly, but it may take up to 24 hours to complete the cancellation process.
Billing Suspension: Upon receipt of your cancellation request, billing for your Loan Officer A.I. CRM subscription will be halted. Any charges incurred prior to the receipt of this request remain your responsibility.
Service Access: You will retain access to the platform until the cancellation is fully processed, unless otherwise communicated.
Final Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been successfully processed. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, during business hours, please contact our support team at [email protected].
